WHAT
IS IT CIS?
The CIS, Italian Sleddog Club, is the most important association working in Italy since 1991 which employ nordic breed dogs in its team.
The championship take place from october to mars in according to Italian winter temperature. During this period,besides non official race, the official championship on snow and off snow (F.I.S.T.C.) take part. Many mushers, also from abroad, come in Italy to have the possibility to run on our beautiful trails. The CIS team is composed by the most rappresentative italian mushers which are choosed using the classification of the races which precede the FISTC international championship |

CIS is administrated by an elected council and its major activity is the
organisation of sprint and MD and LT sleddog race.
